8/9/2018 0 Comments Jre X86 downloadDepends on your Java Application, or software that will use the Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE). Most standalone application (not via browser) will be happy with either x86 or x64 (32 / 64 bit) Java. You may be better off using 64 bit if your OS AND whatever standalone application that needs Java can supports 64 bit. If you plan to use Java on the browser, most browser are 32-bit, and if you ONLY have Java 64 bit, the browser will not be able to use it. This is when you need to have Java 32 bit (x86). For any text in this document that contains the following notation, you must substitute the appropriate update version number: minor.security.patch For example: • If you are downloading the JDK installer for 64-bit systems for update 9 Minor 1, Security 1, and Patch 1, then the file name jdk-9. Minor.security.patch_windows-x64_bin.exe becomes jdk-9.1.1.1_windows-x64_bin.exe. • If you are downloading the JRE installer for 64-bit systems for update 9 Minor 1, Security 1, and Patch 1, then the file name jre-9. Minor.security.patch_windows-x64_bin.exe becomes jre-9.1.1.1_windows-x64_bin.exe. Windows x86 Online: jre-7-windows-i586-iftw.exe (The letters iftw mean 'install from the web.' ) Windows x86 Offline: jre-7-windows-i586.exe; Windows x64: jre-7-windows-x64.exe; Note: The Windows x86 Online Installer is a small program that will download more installer files based on your system configuration. Jul 04, 2013 It looks like QNAP have removed the x86 JRE QPKG. I can't find a download link for it anywhere. I suggest you follow.
